Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Unused and Unopened: Returns of unused and unopened cream chargers are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Opened or Used: Opened or used cream chargers cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene concerns.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Items missing parts, damaged items, or incorrect items received due to our error may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returning Your Order:

  1. Contact the seller to request a return authorization number (RAN).
  2. Carefully repackage the unopened cream chargers in their original packaging.
  3. Include the RAN and a copy of your order confirmation in the package.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided in the return authorization email.
  5. Track your return using the provided shipping confirmation number.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used within 15 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Import duties and taxes paid on the original order cannot be refunded.

Exceptions:

  • This return policy does not apply to discounted or sale items.
  • The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the policy or that are suspected to be fraudulent.
