Refund and Returns Policy
Return Eligibility:
- Unused and Unopened: Returns of unused and unopened cream chargers are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Opened or Used: Opened or used cream chargers cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene concerns.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Items missing parts, damaged items, or incorrect items received due to our error may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returning Your Order:
- Contact the seller to request a return authorization number (RAN).
- Carefully repackage the unopened cream chargers in their original packaging.
- Include the RAN and a copy of your order confirmation in the package.
- Ship the return package to the address provided in the return authorization email.
- Track your return using the provided shipping confirmation number.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used within 15 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Import duties and taxes paid on the original order cannot be refunded.
Exceptions:
- This return policy does not apply to discounted or sale items.
- The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the policy or that are suspected to be fraudulent.
